3. Credits and Subscriptions

3.1 Credits

• Credits are used to access our AI image generation services
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits from credit packs do not expire

3.2 Subscriptions

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Content and Ownership

• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws

You agree NOT to use our services to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains explicit adult content or violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonates real individuals without consent
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Is intended for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Z-Image platform, including its technology, branding, and interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit usage to maintain service quality

7. Limitation of Liability

Z-Image is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken based on generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Z-Image harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
